Could this combination of pills be making me woozy?

Im on Visteral and Buspirone. Could this be affecting me negatively? Also are there programs or activities I can get into to down play the major stress in my life?

Vistaril (couldn't find Visteral) and Buspirone have no known interactions, so it's probably not the combination. However, both Vistaril and Buspirone have side effects that may well add up to woozy. You may be sensitive to one of them.

Vistaril - common side effects
Drowsiness, slurred speech, agitation, ataxia ("unsteady and clumsy motion of the limbs or torso due to a failure of the gross coordination of muscle movements" - Wikipedia) and dizziness

Buspirone - common side effects
Drowsiness, fatigue, nervousness, decreased concentration, confusion and dizziness

The classic tools for reducting stress are:
Occasional focused breathing (stretch, breath in through nose, out through mouth slowly - 2 minutes)
Moderate, low stimulation exercise - walking, yoga
Sleep

Your doctor may be able to recommend a practitioner with stress-reduction skills.
