Lately....I have been skipping meals....mainly breakfast and lunch and twice a week, dinner.....I just don't feel like it......the weather and the choice of food.....which is bad for me when I come home and eat a lot....

You need to make yourself eat something for your breakfast and lunch as well as your dinner. It doesn't have to be Huge* but you must feed your body the fuel it needs to continue running at top level., or your organs will start to shut down.
breakfast- bowl of cereal, slice of toast with jam, some orange juice, or bowl of fruit, or a bagel with cream cheese or peanut butter, french toast, eggs and toast, muffin...

lunch - salad, chicken sandwich or soup or crackers and cheese, or veggies and dip, or tuna sandwich, yogurt., banana

dinner- fish or chicken with rice....or pitta bread pizzas(whatever topping you choose) or pasta
You must think of your Body first...to help it run properly you must eat*

You shouldn't skip meals. Your body will go into starvation mode and store fat. You should train yourself and have a simple eating routine or pattern. If you don't feel like eating try having a small snack like an apple or yoghurt. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day as it kickstarts your metabolism and keeps it going for the day ahead.
Try not to get into bad habits like skipping meals. Try different types of foods, there is a world of foods out there-variety is the spice of life. -Enjoy your food!

Dont skip meals it will slow down your metabolism and your body is going to hold on to every single fat cell. If you dont feel like eating just go for a MRP (meal replacement) shake or something, its not exactly better than real food but im sure it'll help. fruit is good as well.

You need to eat like 50 grams of protein, some vegetable fat(nuts will do) and some carb-skim milk and vegetables have carb grams.This sounds like a diet but if you don"t feel like eating much go with it.I also take a regular multi-vitamin(not Mega dose mgs.)-even cut one in half. You should be alright if you eat at least this much.Like one hamburger has about 26 grams protein and one cup of plain yogurt has about 9 grams of protein.At least eat a couple of crackers with cheese or peanut butter or a boiled egg and the vitamin.

I get that way also, skipping meals okay not eating the whole day and then binging at nite not okay. Have healthy snacks every few hours will help
