it looked like the lap would be easy to top but nobody was able to beat the time he laid down. what makes it even more awesome is Jeff was one of the first cars to qualify and all the big names cam after Jeff and none were able to beat his quick lap.

jeff gordon is great at this track!watch out for jeff this year, he's happy with his life and when he's happy ( look at his early years ) now he's going to be a father, a beauitful wife,wonder boy is back

It was okay. Jeff runs good at Cali. The 9 will be the one to beat (besides the 99 and 17). It not surprising that Jeff won the pole.
