They already do, only they are not that funny.
Put Ellen in charge, make Robin her second, give Jim (both of them) a chance at third and let the rest of the wonderful comedians of the USA make up the Cabinet here!
What a Wonderful World This Would Be!

Jews like sienfeld would make fun of germans and get away with it. In fact He would fluant His collection of porsches (Car was invented by germans)in front of poor germans. And still expect sympothy from the world cause German were far superior soldiers then Jews in world war two and more Jews died then germans, just like more soviets died then germans. And German trained scientist like einstein helped develope the world's most dangerous weapons, ie the nuclear and missile technology of Herr Braun.
But like criminals that control american streets, german technology was stolen so that your countries could win that WAR. So in fact most of the world's streets are now controlled by criminals. And for fighting the obvious superior german forces trying to put the criminals in work camps and bring law and order to the world, you deserve your street crimes.
How's that for funny observations, Mr. Jerry.

well nothing would ever get done in world affairs and there would probably be no war because they would be too busy making jokes about eachother to want to fight. it would be pretty funny for a while but i think it would lose its fun after a while because there would be little or no order/\
