Uh yes! I'm sorry, but it seems like he wants to know you're every move. If i were you, I'd try and break things up with him right away..these are the type of guys who end up being either physically or emotionally abusive. If you don't feel that way, I'd tell him that a cell phone is a good tracking device. And that you can cal or can be called wherever you are at anytime

A tracking device, what? Get rid of him. A tracking device is for tracking a person and doesnt necessarily mean that it keeps you safe...it doesnt. He just wants to do just that track you and know where you are. He is insecure and yes I think he is being controlling. He feels as if he needs a Lo Jack for his girlfriend thats definately insecure. You dont need that because all he is gonna do is terrorize you and make your life hell. Kick him to the curb and tell him if he wants to put a lo jack on something to put it on his car because you are not an object and refuse to be treated like one. It would be kind of like you are on house arrest but more like boyfriend arrest. Dont wait dump him! You deserve better.

Tell him that instead of a tracking device, to buy you some mace, a stun gun, or some self-defense lessons.

Also, they make cell phones that have a tracking program in them so that if you want someone to know where you are, they can trace a call.

Personally, it seems to me a little strange that he wants you to carry a tracking device.

either controling or he really does care about your safety. Just if you get one, only let your family know how to track you. NOT THE B/F. it's not his business yet.

Jeeze if he wanted to drag you by a leash would you let him do that to? This guy sounds like a real creap. You have to even ask if he is being controlling? You are his prisoner! Most girls would be turned-off by this behavior and dump his sorry butt.

OMG... dump him!
he wants you to carry the device for HIS safety, not yours.

Has he also suggested placing a bug on your telephone "for your safety"??? The guy doesn't trust you, plain and simple, and you really don't need this is a relationship.

Ok, you must be an idiot. Leave him now. The next thing he will do is start beating you and stalking you. No I changed my mind, he is already following you and checking up on you. You problably think this is flattering, it is not. Leave now.
