or the trip on the boat up the Yanghtze river? Going in June and wondered if you have done either. I have been to China twice the silk road tour and visited south west china. Going with a group of 20 people and curious about the Tibet trip. Thanks

There is a new railway from China to Tibet it is from Xining to Lhasa. We need to get seperate visas because it is the Tibet autonomous region. It is considered two different countries. If we only need one visa you would be correct. Most people realize that they are two different areas.

what you mean going from China to Tibet ? just like saying that going from USA to new york , what does that mean?
