A "fox" is a pretty sexy lady. It's a compliment to her. To you too in that you have a pretty girlfriend. Some overly jealous type men would have whacked him anyway for flirting with their girlfriend. I doubt very much he was trying to be rude, though.

In the US guys call a good looking girl a "fox".Same as we call a gal here a "cutie" or a "honey".It's just the way they express themselves.

when a guy calls ur g/f a fox that means he's sayin she's hott/sexy/beautiful. It's kind of a compliment to you saying that you got a great catch.
