My 1 1/2 Month year old chihuhua PEES EVERYWHERE. How should I train her to pee on newspaper?? HOOWWW?!?!?!

When she pees scold her.
If you see her about to pee, pick her up put her on the newspaper and praise her.
That way, she'll learn where it's good to pee, and where it's not.

Don't scold her, she doesn't know any better. Your best bet would be to take her outside, but if thats not possible, just put her on the paper everytime you catch her and praise her.
