a funny saying in Italian?

any funny sayings that are in italian. my family used to say to me Mangi il gelato e faccia funzionare nudo. i always thought that was hilarious. Do you know of anything else that's funny?

Ehm... I'm Italian, but I really can't understand the meaning of that saying... "Eat the ice-cream and make naked works out", and said in formal way; what does that's supposed to mean...?
