I spent four years stationed at a Nuclear Weapons Depot in Germany. I think the world will end two ways. Either someone is going to eventually push the button and start a chemical and nuclear war. Or the damage we have caused to the earth's atmosphere which has then helped global warming will turn nature on its back and cause the weather to globally change, get worse, more storms, ozone depletion, and eventually life will not be able to live on earth. So of course we should hurry up our space stations or moving to another planet we can destroy those places too. If I was going to give it a number I would say that within the next five hundred years we will need to find another place to live.
Or a star or planet will collapse and cause a black hole which we will then be sucked in to.

I don't think the world is ever gonna end. I don't know if we are reincarnated but there is no way this world is ending. In another billion years we might run the resources out or the sun will shut down too but by that time the technology is going to be a big thing and we'll have a lots of life support. Sorry to burst ur bubble!

The effects of Global Warming will gradually take its toll on the world. Floods, increasingly powerful storms, longer droughts, tsunamis, raging forest fires, spread of diseases, famines, and many others; they're all linked to Global Warming. Not to mention the violence and war stemming from the shortage of proper resources caused by the intense climate change on Earth.
The future doesn't bode well for us and our descendants.
Whether the human race makes it long or not, the Earth as a planet will continue to rotate on its axis and revolve around the sun for millennia, until it is destroyed by the dying sun.

The world will be vaporised after the sun becomes a red giant. This will kill all planets around our sun. this will happen in aprox. 4 billion years from now. It will have nothing to do with god. Of course we could blow up the planet after fighting about who's god is bigger than the next guy's, like we have been doing ever since humans have came up with the concept of a god. I have an idea, do away with religious belief and we may have a chance.

One Thing for certain, the sun will eventually burn itself out, and the party is over. Before that I think humanity will do something very stupid with Nuclear weapons, all out thermonuclear war, which will pretty much end it all. We have enough nuclear bombs to destroy the planet, if they were all set off at the same time, theory is that if they all went off at the same time, the planet would split in half. My answer is that we will end it with our own stupidity.

In about 50 years or less we'll exhaust this planets resources, a nearby alien species will view us as a threat and we'll have interplanetary war. With supplies and resources previously exhausted we won't stand a chance. (The resources were not used for space travel but rather for inventing robots, flying cars, an Xbox 640 and a cell phone with a hard drive.) (theoretically of course.)

The world or humanity? Humans will destroy ourselves eventually and the world will shake us off like so many fleas and go on until, as other's have said, the sun burns it up.
