A sample case study and analysis. I THOUGHT MAY BE USEFL.

Your height(h) =1.72 m ; h2 =1.72 *1.72 = 2.9584 = 3(say)

your weight =86 Kgms.

Your body mass Index (BMI) = (86 / 3) =28.666

BMI desirable: 24 to 26

You are in the overweight category.
You need to reduce at least 10 Kgms.
Otherwise you will land more unsafely into OBESE category.
You need to take exercise /walking for an hour or two a day.
Reduce intake of carb, fat, oil &fried stuff, meat ,diary products.
Increase intake of fruits and vegetables.
Make life style modifications.
YOUR HEALTH WILL BECOME ALRIGHT.
RELAX !
Now, about YOUR MEDIAL REPORT.

TGL. 396mg/dl ? ( recommended : 200 mg/dl)
Total Cholestrol . 264 mg/dl ? (recommended : 140--200 mg/dl )

HDL. 36 mg/dl ? (recommended : greater than 55 mg/dl )

LDL . 178 mg/dl ?(recommended range: 66-178 mg/dl)

In general, all factors are unfavourable except your age factor.

My health is more or less similar to yours.
I am taking these medicines as per the recommendation of a Cardiologist .
1) T.Stator(10 mg) : 0 -- 0 -- 1 ( to control cholestrol ? )

2)Ecosprin -- 150) : 0 -- 1 -- 0 ( to reduce blood cloting factor.

Worth consulting a cardiologist ,but what I have said are nonethess factual, actual, practical and useful to prolong the usefulness of life and living.

Be aware of the following facts relating to a good or a bad heart.

Ways you can become thin are to defiantly exercise daily and in a healthy fashion. watch out for fatty acids, and high cholesterol foods, manage your weight consistently or you will become to skinny and become anorexic. Don't be like those Hollywood stars who just suddenly dropped like 100 pounds. Loose weight that will help your weight consistency and remember to stay fit to be still able to be working.

Being thin is a sign of sickness....try and be slim or healthy.

Just go in for fruits, give up all that sweet n oil.

And, still it does'nt work...Take Tension...it reduces ur kgs....its true.....

And still if d'nt work.. then its your destiny....just forget about it and start eating evertything.....
