Since no one else is saying it, I'll have to.
A Mouscatel or Syrat. But NOT a Catbernet or a Muscat.

Oh gross! Rat tacos! Actually did you know that TACO spelled backwards is "O CAT"?? :-) I wonder if they serve Ratlupas and Ratitas .. or maybe Rat-tatouile! I think I will have examine my fried chicken if I ever eat at KFC. "I'd like to order the 3-piece meal, let's see, I'll have a thigh, a wing and a rat!" OK, let's get serious here, I remember drinking some of this wine a few years ago, it's a local wine called "Red Cat" and it can be seen at this website: http://www.hazlitt1852.com/redcat.html
Because cats are good for "chasing down" rats on a stick :-)

Maybe a good Pinot Noir
Pinot Noir is another red California wine which vineyards around the state produce each year. The tone of the Pinot Noir is a bit more muted than its other red wine counterparts yet still has a well-bodied flavor to it. When compared with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir is a bit lighter than the other two. If looking to pair Pinot Noir with a special dish, one will find that beef varieties, fish and pasta all coincide wonderfully with a glass of this favored wine.

Probably a nice white wine along with some pears and Brie. My man says marinated bulls balls for an appetizer should do nicely with a little hot pepper sauce perhaps. It would behoove you to have some bread as well.

Well, normally I would have said a nice Goats-Do-Roam, but since it is rats that are roaming a Taco Bell, perhaps you would rather have Macho Nacho or Wild Gaucho.
