I did lots of weight lifting for two years while i was in high school, could that have stunt my growth? If so, what exercises in weight lifting can hurt my chances of growth, and which ones don't. Also, can bodyweight exercises hurt my growth as well if done at an intense level?

I heard certain stretch and arobic exercises can improve overall growth hieght, but which specific exercises give the best results?

Please give me a knowledgeabale answer and accurate resources if available. Thank you.

Your best answer is to look at members of your family who are closely related. Are they short or tall? Did they get their growth early or late? A lot of your height is determined by heredity.

However tall you do (or don't) grow, the important thing to remember is that your feet still touch the ground, and that's really all that matters.

There are lots of new growth suppliments available in the market today, you can take them or increase your intake of Vitamin B1 B6 and B12. Normally boys' growth slows down when you reach 21, so don't loose hope. Stretching will also help. I am doing stretching and I believe it helped me grow an inch.

see a doctor for the best growth enhancers.

i'm 5'7", and i feel im still growing.
