Now, to answer your question... you would be arrested. Were I the cop I would want to slap you senseless but, being on the job, I would not do it. I have had much done to me on my job and, courtesy of the nature of my job, I hold my tongue, and my bitchslap.

I am a professional, if you insult me I will continue to behave like a professional. I will continue to call you miss or ma'am and I will try my best to write up your ticket as fast as I can so that you are not inconvenienced in any way. If you throw water at me I will arrest you for assault, whether you be purple, blue, red or pink in colour. I will use only the force that is necessary to effect the arrest. I will secretly hope that you decide to resist arrest, but if you don't, I will oh so gently put on the cuffs and take you to the station where you will be given an opportunity to call your lawyer. I will write a very detailed very professional very truthful report detailing everything you said and did for the judge to look over.

To the quote it will most definetly get you the ticket that the officer pulled you over for and possibly a few more infractions that they could findand as far the action goes he can arrest you for assaulting a police officer and they would probably be agressive while doing it. So to this question i would advise you not doing it inless you like giving more money to the government or like to sit in jail for a few days.

You can call a police officer any name you want so long as the loudness of your voice does not disturb the neighbors. Now my dear girl if you throw water on a police officer then you can be arrested for assault. They won't beat you. They will just use all the words you used in their statement of facts and then politely tell them to the judge when you go to court. See how it works. You do all the slanderous accusations and the officer testifies to them. I would like to thank you in advance for making this a very easy case to prove.

If you throw water they can call it attempted assault, and arrest you.
They can also say no to your original question about water, and then what are you going to do? Yell at the cop? Why are you talking to the cop in the first place? Did you seek one out? Or did they pull you over? Cuz then if they pulled you over, they can say they believed you were under the influence of a mind altering substance and treat you as such.

If he's [the cop ] is smart he will look over every piece of the scene, A light out, seat belt, erratic behavior or numerous other things until he finds something and tickets you. Every insult should be rewarded with a ticket.
Everyone is happy that way. He walks away and your happy that you got to insult him, and he's happy that you'll be spending $500.00 clearing up the fines.

I know its not quite the same thing, but i used to be a Collector of Taxes in the UK, working in the field. If anyone gave me an attitude, I simply applied the law as it was written and didn't give them the benefit of any doubt. There was nothing they could do. Now if someone was co-operative, I would cut them a break if I could.
I imagine police officers adopt a similar attitude

Sounds to me like you are trying to cause a problem using your color!!! You should be slapped and branded a trouble maker! What if someone said hey go plow my fields while I have my way with your wife! Don't like it do you? You attitude will change when your life is in the hands of those who you insult and they save your sorry butt.

This is what gives all blacks a bad name, the blacks like you that don't pull over when the cop's are trying to pull you over. Then you want to sue everyone and scream "racial prejudice" because they beat u down. I'd love to see u get beat down by the cops- it's all about you....and being black, isn't it? C'mon after all you blacks have your own month "black history month", what more do you want? I think blacks need to start showing a little more respect....

If you insult a cop you are showing how stupid you are.
If you assault a cop you'll get your stupid butt hauled off to jail. It doesn't have anything to do with being black. It has to do with being stupid and disrespectful. If you resist arrest you might get injured in the process of being stupid.
