Yes! It's the endorphines that you get from working out. If you work out with your boyfriend, the sex afterwards is amazing! It's totally normal to feel that way. Also, seeing your boyfriend or girlfriend in such a sweaty state causes you to become turned on. Have fun with it! Getting healthy and having fun! Is there anything better?

Well, the last time I went to a Bally's Health and Fitness center all these girls were wearing these tight outfits with thongs. None of them had an ounce of fat. They were even wearing makeup. Yes, watching them prance around in their sexy fitness outfits it was the only thing on my mind.

Oh yeah....that's why I stopped going! I was watching the women working out and almost got myself crushed one day while doing leg presses. (worst part was...had to ask one of the girls to help get the weigh off me so I could climb out....talk about feeling stupid...lol)

maybe if their are hot guys there sweating that turn u on...Also,your heart rate is up and adreneline and you have so much energy and you want to go wild. ;)
