My friends are staying make a move,i am a boy and my friends are telling me to ask her out because 1) her friend told me to ask her out 2) sometimes she looks at me in a blank and werid way . But!!!!!! she is supposed to have a boyfriend,and other girls told me that.

it's nice to have the guy makes the first move. it breacks the ice between guy and girl. but in a guys case when the girl makes the first move it shows she's confitdent.

straght up ask her if shes with someone and then just ask her out trust me she'll proabkle say yes if her friends told u too that means SHE wants u too , best of luck
