Running to burn the fat and squats and lunges to tone it up.

Jump squats would be better since that is cardio also.

Unfortunately, this is the last place for me that I lose weight. However, cutting back on cheese & chocolate (2 of my fave foods!) does seem to make some difference. I'm afraid that exercise is the best way to tone those areas.

losing weight is something you do all over. then you tone up as you go.

you can't spot reduce fat stores. genetics determines from what places fat will be burned from first and last, exercise has no effect on that.

you have to reduce your current level of body fat until you see the results that you desire in your problem areas.

exercise by jogging walking swimming cycling skiing, eat healthily drink plenty of water and dance to your favourite songs
