you make a good point...but i think it has alot to do with history. We had it our way for so long and this country was built by the christain faith and good hard work God loving people. Then now we see hardcore athiest coming in and trying to change what we built and we also see the downward spiral the world is comeing to and we kind of put two and two together...I'm not saying its right but its a reason for us to hold on.

You cannot remove God from anything. Removing His image or commandments from the public square denies the very foundation of our country. I would not ever demand that an atheist acknowledge that there is a God, so why would an atheist deny ME the right to my belief??? Worried about removing Him....this country is trying its' best to deny God. Not a good idea.

The Christians are just worried about the public square if they remove Him. (He might turn His back, but He'll never be removed.)

Good question. We just can't seem to share anything in life without someone trying to impose their beliefs upon everyone.
God knows who is knotty or nice.
Homosexuals want me to accept them.
Mormons think they have the right to interrupt my shower by Knocking on my door.
Every store I go to someone wants my money. Be it a beggar or
a charity. And I get to feel bad if I don't give.
So, you see? There are lots of people who think your bad because you not following their point of view.
If you remove their icons, they get really upset.
I think the solution is just to stop trying to make everyone happy.
Do what you think is best, I might not like your belief, but If you not shoving it in my face and telling me what to do, have fun.
