Also remember the cups of beaverages, the bottles of soft drinks and alcoholic drinks and even processed fruit juices. These sometimes slip through our daily diet without much thoughts right into our digestive system. Perhaps you may wish to re-count your calories.

Try to reduce your food intake. It's not what you eat. It's how much you eat. Also, pumping weights will actually increase your body weight.
