Just rinse as well as you can with plain old 'cool' water ... and spit it out, don't swallow. The 'smell' comes from the 'bile' in your vomit, and the best way to get rid of that is simply to 'wash it out' of your mouth. After you've rinsed you may 'sip' a bit of 'cool' (NOT COLD) water, because your 'esophagus' needs 'washing' too for all the smell to go away, and to help you feel better.

try brushing your teeth. It will stop the stomach acid that is in your mouth from corroding your tooth enamel and your breath won't smell like the inside of your stomach!

DO NOT BRUSH YOUR TEETH!!! Rinse your mouth out, but do not brush your teeth because the acid can more easily eat into your tooth enamel.

Do you have a toothbrush? Try putting toothpaste on it and scrub your teeth, mouth, tongue and gums. That has been known to work. And I thought I was brilliant.
