Its always easy to loose weight, there are just so many mis conceptions out there its crazy. If you do some reasearch and look around at some articles you can prove to yourself that doing cardio isnt the wayt o go. If your a newbie at the workout scene it makes sense to do that, but not so much. Lift weights, that is the best way to look good and be strong and you will loose weight cuase youll build muscle! Screw that muscle weighs more than fat bull, who cares when your strong and look trimmed correct?
Cardio trained your body to use energy more efficently, IE: stores your food into muscle cells, and eventually you will burnwhat your effectivly stored ina timely manner when you go adn do your run. However, for heavier set people, we store the energy and burn just as much as we stroed, your body is very good at not allowing to to go past an equilibrium of what energy it sotred. However, wheny ou lift weights, your burning your ATP-cp energy source, hence building muscle, and that allows you not store energy,y ou just rebuild by eating enough protien. So overall, lift weights, get yourself on a 5x5 circuit on teh isometric machines or a 4x12. You can mix between the 2. If you is of the essence, 3-4 times a week and hit every muscle in 45-to an hour. Eat protien!

the longer that a person has been "fat" the harder it will be to loose excess body fat. the body will fight to remain in a "state" that it was comfortable in.
