Forgiveness and friendship, if you are really in love, you will be willing to forgive each other over and over, because the big lesson you learn is that none of us are perfect, which is obvious, but only when you are in a relationship do you really realize the degree of human imperfection, and just how great it feels to forgive each other and accept these faults as we would accept our own. Love is giving everything to each other, rarely thinking of yourself, it's a beautiful thing.

1 Corinthians 13: Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, and it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, and always perserveres. Love never fails. But where there are no prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away.

The term love was invented in the middle ages, as far as I can tell it means your in heat. That's right your biological programing is telling your to make baby's. Humans are so messed up they have to pretend its something magical.
