I am going to our mutual friends show tonight and I am wondering what I should if I run into my ex and his gf? I don't like his gf at all! But I still don't mind being civil to him(my ex) so what should I do?

First of all, If you don't like his girlfriend, that is fine, but don't show it. Your better than that!! Be beautiful honey and be confident, walk with you head up high, and remember he is your ex for a reason! Don't even look for him. Just look good when your out tonight ok!!! And if you see him, don't go out of your way to hug him or have this big excited happy smile when you see him. When and if you do see him, smile, say hello..and keep walking. Don't look concerned who he is with and what he is doing. And don't even bother looking at her or checking out what she is wearing (women have a tendency to do that), that will only make her think you are insecure about yourself. The less emotion you show, the better, and she will know, you don't want her man!! Have fun tonight!!

You need to show that you are a mature person. Even if you do not like who is with your ex you should be happy he is with someone and not alone. Smile say hi, and go on.....don't get into a long chat session with him because that is where it might go really bad no matter how good your intentions are!

Take the high road and be civil to them both. Don't go out of your way to go talk to them but if you happen to bump into them simply say hello, be courtious and walk away. Makes you look much more mature and like you don't really care about him & his trampy gf. :-)

Do we ever like their ex? No. Nor do we have to. If you do run into him, simply say, "Hey! Good to see you." Be brief and have a way out, like the washroom, having to say hi to someone else, or a drink refresher. It also couldn't hurt to look REALLY good while your doing it! ;-) heh-heh!
