question on trimspa?

i was wondering if i took 1 pill of trimsap pill with soda will i be ok. i read up on it and i found out what it could do and i threw them away. then i drunk a 20 oz bottle of water will anything happen. im concerned. i took the rest with water.

Maybe you should keep up on the news...the company that makes trimspa is being sued because the product does not work.

Cutting out soda will make you lose more weight than any diet pill. But since Trimspa does not even work, you will be fine
