YOu don't need to lose that mcuh weight. I'm an inch shorter than you, and I was 125 last year. I lost a lot of weight in a very short period of time (10 pounds in about 3 weeks) because I did cross country. Is was not smart, and after a while I was feeling tired and week becase Of how much work I was putting in and I wasn't eating a lot of meat. Trust me, 100 pounds would not be smart, nor would 115. If you want to lose weight, which you don't need to, I'd aim for 120. Just eat right, don't drink a lot of pop, which has worked for me, and exercise at least five times a week for at least 30 minutes.

At the very least you should be doing 30 minutes of cardio every day. This means enough so that your heart rate is up and you're breaking a sweat. Aim for 45 minutes to an hour as you don't start burning fat until after you hit the 20 minute mark. Eventual;ly you will have to push yourself to go farther/faster.

But here is the answere exerc. 30 minutes 5 times a week, and eat 1/3 to 1/2 less and you will meet your goals. Don't abuse the right to ask questions by asking so many questions, please.
