no shampoo...just wash it every day with conditioner, and it will be alot healthyer, longer, and softer...and dont worry your hair will be clean if u do it every day, or everyonther day...but u can use shampoo everyonce in a while

I have natural curyly hair and i use Aquage its pricy but it works. remember if you go cheap you get what you pay for
