No, but his vet might. Take him to the vet!

Cysts--My mother has 2 dogs that are both getting old. One is getting these cysts at his joints, also. On the paws,ect... The vet told her there was no need to remove them. It would of cost a fortune. You could take him to the vet and just find out for sure.

They could be just fatty tissue. If they are annoying your dog or it is constantly licking at them then definately see a vet. If they are growing rapidly, then see a vet as well.
If they do not appear to be growing or annoying your dog then it is probably best to leave them alone and just keep an eye on them over the next few months.

It is bursitis. Those growths are painful and need to be drained by a vet.

please take him to the vet this could be nothing or be as serious as cancer such as tumors. you'll never know if u take take him in.

WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO SEE IT AND FEEL IT, IT WOULD BE VERY HARD TO DIAGNOSE IT!!!!! THAT IS WHY THERE ARE VETERANARIANS!!!!!
