Walking. You can walk anywhere, including in your home. "Walking with Leslie" is a dvd where you are walking up to a few miles in your home. If you don't want to spend money to walk, simply walking in place or do circles around your home for 30 mins to an hour. it burns fat, builds muscle, so you are burning more calories even when your sleeping.

I bought the Gunnar Peterson's workout ball and dvds for the Core workout. Awesome stuff right there.
