Not really, though there are plenty of sites like www.hairychat.com which are not designed for the purposes of romance.
You're more likely to find hairy girls in a country like Germany where men realize that girls who are naturally very hairy have high levels of testosterone which makes them much keener on the physical side of a relationship, so girls who can go grow a moustache often do so and many girls let their leg-hair grow long and coarse.
