Because of all the things that happen between the two -some good some bad. The bad makes a stronger person and the good makes life worth living. I wouldn't have missed it for the world.

What's the point of asking this question? ~~KNOWLEDGE!!~~ You live to gain knowledge (lasting, universal) of the reason you're here. That reason, that thing, that brought you here has to have always existed. (Thus the law of non contradiction(You can't have something from nothing)). You can't have something and non-something in the same place at the same time. Think you can? Picture a squared-ciricle. An item that has the properties of both a round circle and 4 sides like a square. Why can't you? Your imagination is so powerful, why can't you do it? =P Unless you think we all came from nothing, and when you're dead, you're dead (your body just rots). Then why even ask what's the point of living? You already concluded. =P

Hello Chey Baby....Everyone has a task to develop on earth. You just have to find about it. I believe in Reincarnation. Once you die, you are reborn in a new body. In each life you can review your mistakes and everytime turn into a more perfect person and soul.

Everyone dies eventually, but its what happens in the - that makes the difference. (xxxx-xxxx) You might be someones mom, or grandmother, or someones daughter, or someones aunt. You might be a hard-working employee, or friendly co-worker or friendly classmate, or good friend. You might even be best friend to someone who otherwise might have had few or no friends. You might be someone who encourages others in need, or cheers others up who are feeling down. You might be a positive example to others, or have a skill that you can uniquely teach others. You never know, you might even meet your new significant other next year.

Life can be a very interesting trip partially because you do die. Living forever would become unbearably boring

Some people just think as this as a spiritual bus station. You're waiting here just until you can move on to a better place.

What's the point of inhaling if you are just going to exhale?

This question makes just as much sense. Death will find us all, the important thing, what will be remembered most, is how we lived...

There is usually an awful lot of time between birth and death. I would hate to have missed it all.
