On chest days I do 3 sets of bench press 3 sets of inclince bench press and 6 sets of flyes with different weights. My pecs are definately getting bigger and stronger. I only take two days off between chest days. Sometimes I only take one day off. I know that it's not good to overwork your muscles, however, I'm seeing gains and my muscles aren't feeling tired. I was wondering if this might be ok or if I still should give more rest. I do not lift much weight, I lift about 80 pounds with dumbells when I bench, but on the fly machine I can do about 180 or 190 for my sets.

Once per week can actually be adequate for chest if you are training intensely (and it sounds like you are). Don't go more than twice per week.

Keep up the good work! And don't focus so much on your chest that you neglect something else. Don't forget the legs!!! :-)

You only need 24 hours recovery time. I used to alternate upper body one day and lower body the next with the exception of doing abs and cardio every day.
