what's preventing Trinidad and Tobago from being one of the best soccer teams in the world?

well that is a great question and I am not believing that thing about population. I think the problem is really the fact that training was lacking for such a long time. For many years the focus was not on football but on cricket. Things are changing though and in a school football the talent is shining and i look forward to the next generation to bring much better football to the world from Trinidad and Tobago.

Size of the population is the reason. I believe that one in every 100000 babies will be a good soccer player. Not enough babies are born in Trinidad to make a whole team. Just by looking at talent, ball handling and experience, the current team ia already at their max. Unless 2 or 3 teenage soccer wizards join the team I don't believe you will pass the first round.

Hopefully. I tink since de soca warriors made us so proud last yr, that de new team would know that they have to follow in de footsteps and give it dey all. cuz de country lookin forward to south africa after Germany.
