"Tu eres la unica que brilla mis ojos." Essentially that means that you are the only one who lights up my eyes...not one of those phrases with an exact english translation, but it's great!
Preciosa. It means "precious".
"Me encanta como tu eres." Meaning "I love how you are."
The first commenter was funny. Yo tengo mucho dinero means "I have a lot of money." Which may or may not be good depending on the girl! Haha. :-)
