This statement is a paradox.

"This statement is false"

If that statement is false, then the statement should read "This statement isn't false"

But if the statement isn't false, then the statement should read "This statement is false."

Just look up paradox in the dictionary, look up paradoxes online and write about them.

Be sure to include the coolest paradox ever: The grandfather paradox:

You travel back in time and kill your grandfather. Therefore, you were never born. Therefore, you couldn't have gone back in time to kill your grandfather. Therefore, you were born. Therefore you went back in time and killed your gradfather. Therefore... etc.

You can write an essay on anything - but that's a doozy.

The rules of writing an essay are (by paragraph):

- Tell them what you're going to tell them
- Tell them three times
- Tell them what you told them.

In short, if you make the assupmtion the statement is true, then it can't possibly be correct because it states the statement is false. Therefore it must be false. So you would write that you were going to prove the statement is false, then tell them the arguments why it has to be false, then close by saying, "as you can see, this statement has to be false..."

This statement is False. You could make a false statement at school, at the police station, in an essay. You could misrepresent a situation by making a false statement .(comment)

It wouldn't take an essay for me to break that phrase down. "This statement is false" either can, or cannot, be validated by unequivocal proof. Where it cannot, it is merely the opinion of the person stating it. Where it can, that proof will speak volumes for itself.

Hi. Tough one. The only things that can be absolutely 'false' must be done so with proof. Opinion does not matter. Same with 'not false'. Is the statement "I think, therefore I am" true or false. Again you would need to define (profoundly) what "Think" means and its relevance to being or not. (Good start for you?)

the statement is false

in life there are many things that we will say...some of them will be statements and others will be just regular speaking,,,but some statements we make can be true and others can be false...45% of the time we make wrong statements...and it can be quite embarresing when somebody corrects you. but sometimes there is the correct statement....well statements are statements no matter which one is false or true...
