And they say blondes are dumb....

Yes, you got charged twice. You have booked 2 seats on that plane. Call Ryanair to see what you can do. If they won 't cancel one of your bookings, you can re-book that flight for a later date - will cost you £10 I think.

Yeah, you just bought 2 seats so you just paid the airfare twice.

In future, if you have a booking number, write it down straight away. And don't bother checking your bank to see if its been deducted from your account. If you have a booking number, assume Ryanair has your money.

You may not be able to get the money back for one of those seats, but I agree with 'M' ... change one of the seats for a flight at a later date. I'm positive you wont be able to get your money back. (Ryanair will just say it was your fault, not their's, so tough luck.)

sure, it got here about to me very last November and when I contacted them they in simple terms gave me the run round. no longer in effortless words did they cost me two times yet additionally they charged me for commute insurance that i did not pick. As I payed by mastercard on the time I contacted Barclay's and they were given it looked after out with a telephone call. once you've booked a flight with a mastercard then do contact your mastercard employer ASAP!

Keep nagging at them and eventually you might get something back but you must keep at them.Their prices are good but customer relations are crap. Good luck

the least you can do is call up and explain the situation and see if they have any sympathy.

but beware...to call them it costs something ridiculous like £0.60/minute!
