No-one has actually answered my initial question re potassium permanganate crystals!

haven't heard of them being used for it and after a search through the net i can't find any instances or recommendations to use them. maybe you should try consulting your doctor. i wouldn't try it without doing so as it seems in the wrong quantities could be harmful. sorry if this is no help.
