Has anyone ever heard of dring dry yeast and V8 to get rid of severe acne or boils?

Here's the deal, if you eat live yeast it stays live and eats your B vitamins.
If you eat dead yeast it stays dead and releases it's B vitamins to you.
got it? it's a vitamin B range thing.

Have heard many old wives tales, but never this one. You may have plain dry baking yeast confused with Brewer's Yeast.
Brewer's Yeast can be mixed with juices and then drunk for its nutritional values..
Go to your local health food store, GNC or the like, and get the real information on Brewer's Yeast.
Do not use regular baking yeast. There is a huge difference.
