There is a new kid at our school and he rides my bus, we get along really good and have alot in common. I like him alot but I dont no if he likes me back. Today we were goofing off again like always and I told him I wanted his # and another kids number so that the three of us could chill when schools out. He gave it to me pretty willingly and talked about calling but I dont know if he really will. I also wrote my # on his palm which was dumb but I was kinda out of it today so I dont know if he could even read it. Should I call him?

I'm not saying the double standard is fair i'm just saying it makes some sense. We kind of expect women to be more mature plus most men don't look for fairy tale or true love like women. If you want to be promiscuous, well to each his own, just accept the consequences and don't try to get a honest genuine nice guy after making your mistakes it's really not fair to them.

Since he rides the bus with you, tell him you lost his number (toss his number so that will be sort of true), then ask if he wrote yours down or if he needs it again? Give him yours on a piece of paper this time and let him call you. I'm old-fashioned but if he likes you, you'll know for sure if HE calls you. ;)

yea duh, if a guy isnt interested in you he wont waste his time being extra friendly for very long soon he'l just be "casual" friendly thats the only difference you can maily rely on

and what do you think he expected you to do with his phone number, stare at it? it would be almost weird not to call!
