See there is repetition of "na znayu" ( не знаю), meaning " I don't know". As to the last question there is used " Vy" (Вьй ), that is used "you", but in polite form, not just "Тьй", so I think that "would" fits well, though the whole expression sound a little unnatural in Russian, but right..

I only know a bit. The first word is the formal hello. Ne znayu is "I don't know." And the rest I have no idea. Hopefully someone else knows more Russian out there than I do and will help you.

I know that zdrastvuytye is like hello/good morning, so a greeting, nye znayu is "i dont know", all the part in the middle- have no idea what it means, but the last sentence for sure means "and you, what are u going yo do?". Hope ive helped a little.
