Well, we're friends. We're not that close, but seemingly getting closer. Well, I've kinda....fallen in love with her. (we're in high school) Sometimes it seems as if she likes me.....but sometimes it doesn't. Today was one of the latter days..... Well, the end of today anyway. I've asked her to hang out with me twice in the last few weeks, like yesterday....but both times she's been busy. She's not lying. She really does have a lot of stuff going on, but still......I don't know. We flirt all the time, and she's always soooo nice to me. And I really really like her. I've tried to focus on other girls, but they just can't compare. Please don't say "just tell her how you feel" or something like that. I want to just hang out with her one on one, have some time alone with her, get to know her better, if you know what I mean. It would be nice if she make the first move, but we know that's not gonna happen lol. Besides, I'm not even very confident that she likes me. *sigh*. What am I to do?

Find out her scheduel. Hang out with her at school as much as possible. Ask her is she needs help with anything.Make study dates, just don't call them that, and when your done ask her to a movie at the movies,and you can even rent one and watch it at her or your house. Do something,don't wait til she falls in love with another guy and leaves you hanging. If you really like her, take a chance!

She probably is really busy or just likes you as a friend. I'm in high school, too, but I don't even have the guts to talk to the guy I like, much less ask him to hang out; you're very brave. And you type a LOT better than most of the people of here, if that makes you feel any better. : ) Hope you figure it out.

Try asking her on an actual DATE, not just to hang out. The novelty of that should make her say yes. Then you get the time you want.
Even if she would make the first move, she'd feel nervous and unhappy about it and that wouldn't help your cause any.
Be brave, be bold. Don't tell her anything about your feelings. Just DO well by her on a date. If it works out, great. if it doesn't, you'll probably know why and you'll be ready to focus on other girls.

Well I'm a girl in high school too and a girl always knows when a guy likes her or not. She's probably is waiting for you to ask. I was in a similar situation, I was waiting for him to ask. When he would flirt with me I would do the same but when he took to long to ask I lost interest. So ask her.

try sending her roses/with a card and write a poem explaining how u feel but don't pit Ur name on it. tell her to meet u some where like a restaurant. talk to her like u would talk to her anyway.make it like its any other day but its not. ask her whats her goals in life? to me as a female the most thing is just be yourself. write a note and give her it and tell her you want to hang out with her just the two of u if she turns u down then she don't want to be bother. because she can't be all that busy.

believe it or not i'm in the same situation as you i'm in hs i know a girl i'm nice and polite to her i ask how her days are going and it seems she likes me but as soon as i ask if she wants to get something to eat or do something she's busy and its true she works at wendy's i try to move on but she's perfect in everyway but i told her i'm going to change my attitude toward others and i'm going to make an honest attempt to so change something about yourself for the better and show you care and are commited to doing something and hopefully she'll catch on that you're a good person/friend and if she doesn't i dont know what to say but in the process i didn't lose anything and maybe another girl will pick up on it and goodluck

well you are not sure if you like her if want to be sure to be with her ask her when she is not busy to hand out what kind of stupid person would ask a girl the next day after she told him that she is busy. well I have to be tell you this find the right time ask her for a longer piroed of time make it like with the next time she can ask her like next week or some thing like that and do not say today.

Dude you are in a dangerous situation , falling in love with your best friend, .........
Why?? because there many reasons, one is she will not return your love as you wanted too, you guys might get hurt after knowing it cant workout, you will feel very very upset knowing that she is not interested in you...., it can turn in a platonic love(something that you can have but is not for you , is for someone else)....
Getting over it will help you , talking to her first will help you to know how she feels around you,.......

Yes there are people who fall in love with their best friend, do you now anybody>>???

assk her to hang out on group stuff and then after a few of those try for the one-on-ones...
but seriously... from a girls point of view... just telling her is the absolute best approach.

YOU ARE NOT IN LOVE. That's the first thing. It's just your hormones raging. The only thing you wanna do is bang her, but that's natural. Just keep getting to know her, and being nice and make her laugh, and if you're lucky.....
