well if you want to back up your dvd's then there is plenty of sites that you can download free trials that enable you to do that. But I will tell you that it is illegal to copy dvd's you don't own. You are legally able to make back-ups for yourself of your own dvd. Try AnyDVD and CloneDVD though.

get "dvd43" free off the web http://www.dvd43.com/
next dvdshrink http://www.dvd43.com/ you want english version.
This is of course if you have nero 6ish, otherwise you will need another dvd copying prog.

You need a program off of the internet. Try dvd43, it works well for me.
