22 is as large as the manufacturer really suggests to go. will the fit is another story. yes...24's will fit (barely) but it will mess up the speedometer, and will probably set of check engine lights as it will mess w/ the speed of the wheel/tire, which will also mess w/ the antilock brake systems and traction control systems. those systems work directly from sensors in the wheel/brake area that monitor the speed of the wheels/tires. the only way to not affect this is to get the same size (overall) of what the factory originally put on there. which means the larger the wheel the smaller the tire needs to be (low profile). 20's work best, you can do 22's, but i dont think they make a low profile tire small enough to stay w/in the size you need for a 24 inch wheel.
not to mention, you will raise the height of the car by putting 24's on there which affect handling, ride, and in my personal opinion the looks of the car.

Don't go more than 20's. Unless you're doing some serious suspension changes, just putting spacers whether it's necessary or not will not help. You are going to feel absolutely every bump in the road, especially since it's a base model. Can you imagine driving like that every single day? And with all the shaking and vibrating, eventually the interior is going to feel it too. Things start coming loose and it just goes from there...Unless you're ready to lay down some serious cash and put bags on the car, stick to 20's and tires that aren't too low profile. And to be honest, 24's wouldn't even look good on a Charger. Just stick with 20's and maybe a 2 inch drop in the front and 1.5 in the rear. You can buy springs that'll do that for around $300. That would look classy and nice, but unless you can spend A LOT of money to get a body kit and bag this car, it won't look good, or function right with 24's.

What year model? The old ones probably no, because they were lower to the ground but a yes for the new ones. I don't suggest it because it looks really tacky and it weighs your car down which causes less gas milage and Chargers are already heavy cars to begin with. I suggest 19's in the front and 20's in the back. (better aerodynamics).

I doubt it, but 22's should fit. The SRT8 has 20's, and there appears to be enough room for the larger tires that a 22 would require. 24's would be a really tight fit.

If the bolt pattern matches the car the rim will fit. You may not be able to put tires on and turn the wheel, but they will fit.

They are not listed as an option on this site:

Yes but to that much wheel on the brakes would need to be upgraded for saftey reasons and the car would not ride as smooth.
