The thing with judo/jujutsu, is the ability to use your atakcers momentum against them. and with training you can throw an attacker to their own demise. Which gives the smaller man an advantage.

Bruce Lee developed Jeet Kune Do (Cantonese for The Way of the Intercepting Fist) because he thought that traditional martial arts were 'restrictive'. He didn't want a fighter to be fixed in one stance, delivering the same moves and reactions. JKD encourages flexibility in one's actions.
