it's a fancy wink if they can see sparks in ur eyes but if it's just a friendly wink they only see dull smiling face with uneasy wink

its a way to flirt i do it all the tiem to the girls in my school funny thing is ppl take it too seriuolsy and they gossip about it saying i gave her a wink really i flirt and i wink and it helps me build confidence cause im flirting without sayin i wink and smile then she smiles and blushes and turns around.

No. its da way u do it. body langange can help u wit dat. da way u move yo body, and da way/ how u wink at dat person will let dem know if u "fancy dem" or its just "friendly greeting"

Depends on how perceptive they are, and what other signals you're giving off. Don't assume they can tell.
