if you're not wierd or anything :). im sure youre not. but make sure not to make a big deal out of it. just casually start talking about stuff, and then ask her out. you might have to wait a little bit- like a few days before you ask

depends on the time, a month or 2, maybe 3 or less than its not too late, just say that u were super busy. (without the super part) after 3 then you are pushing your luck but still possible.
