You should also be getting arrested for being so stupid. Make sure you get the reward.

Most cities or counties have a hotline to call without revealing who you are. Or you could go to the city police or county sherrif website and usually they have a contact form for you to fill out if you have any tips.
If all else fails just call the police department and they will be able to handle it or find someone that will handle it.

call 911 ask for the cops who have the warrant out and give them the info.

The best thing to do is call your local non-emergency police line.
You can do this without telling them who you are or anything about yourself.
Most police department websites do not accept information like that.

I believe if you want to turn them in the best way is crimestoppers. You are usually able to keep anonymous and they will either act on the tip or not.
