how should i say it?

if you know her well enough and she feels comfortable around you (or
at least, seems that way) I think it would be nice to just
say it casually (ie, "you look really beautiful today")
so that way, if you're worried that she'll react in a negative
way... it won't be like you asked her out, thus making her feel
uncomfortable.
if you don't know her, say it in a friendly way...("you know...i think you're pretty")
either way...it'll surely make her feel nice.

this how i know most girls would like:
in the middle of having a casual conversation with the girl, look into her eyes with a serious face and she shell be like"what?"
and youll be like"your beautiful"
and she'll laugh and play it off cool but then you have to be serious and be like"im serious.your beautiful"
she'll fall for right then and there!
omg im getting all teary eyed thinking about it!!

It depends on how well you know her. Never compliment a woman that you don't know well about anything below her neck. It makes you seem like more of a gentleman if you are not thinking of her body, even if it's slammin'. You can say that the sparkle in her eyes lights your heart they are so pretty, or you can say that more and more her smile makes you want to know her better. Try it. It may work.

The important thing is not so much how to say it, but say it in a way that she will believe it. Women are beautiful creatures and even if you liken them to Shakespeare's Love Sonnets, they don't seem to buy it. AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!
Take her head gently in your hands and make eye contact. "Women as beautiful as you don't come from this planet do you?"

(for me) i like it when my BF starts off small and finishes big.
DON'T get the wrong idea, i mean sumthing like.....
"Hey, beautiful. How's your day been? I was thinking that if you weren't doing anythig on"... (pick a day)"The you and I could"...(pick something romantic like fancy diner) then tell her again that she's the most gorgeous girl ever, flirt another 2 minutes or so, then tell her you'll call her later that nite. When you call her and she answers say "Hey beautiful". That works on me, i don't know your GF but that's what I like. good luck ! ^_^

Say it face to face " you're beautiful " you have nothing to lose and remember to change your face expression to sweet and nice and put a wink on =)
