PLEASE help me lose weight

Really, fad diets aren't likely to help you, so I'll tell you what you already know (and believe me, I'm struggling with it also!)... portion control, eating at least half-healthy, and exercise are all that's really going to make a difference, and it's hard, but it's worth it.

I am 13 years old, 5'4'' and 100 pounds. I am currently trying to lose about 10 pounds. This is what i do:

Breakfast- Oatmeal (about 140 calories) and Skim Milk (75 calories)
Snack- Granola Bar (100 calories)
Lunch- Sandwich and Fruit (300 calories)
Snack- 1 cup of blueberries w/ Splenda (80 calories)
Dinner- Salad with eggs, cheese, meat, a little bit of dressing and chicken breast (400 calories)
Desert- Blueberries w/ Splenda (80 calories)

Exercise- 1 hour of PE (running,exercise, stretches, etc.) and 100 crunches, 50 ups per leg, and 30 pushups at home

Well thats what im doing right now and I think it works. You should try this and you should see results in a month. I know its not really fast but its a healthy and safe way to lose weight. Also, its not really dieting because its yummy. :] I hope this works for you!

East less calories. Exercise more!

Eating less - start with something simple like the Special "K" challenge. Just eat corn flakes with low fat milk for breakfast, Maybe some fruit. No bacon, no meat or butter or greasy things of any kind!

Exercise- Go for a 30 minute (minimum) walk every day, twice a day
morning and evening!

That should get you started.

Cool out, my friend. Control your eating, but still eat 4-6 meals a day. That's right, 4-6. Exercise 3-4 times moderately a week at something you want to do. Find it. Try many different classes or clubs or walking/running etc. Good luck

Don't eat so much, especially late a night, exercise, and drink plenty of water. In this day and age we all shuld KNOW how to loose weight. The truth probably is that your too lazy to take up a method and stick to it. Once you can admit that then maybe you can face your real issue.

To lose weight successfully,you should know the food that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT!!!

My youngest son is heavy and I've learned that giving him small portions of food through out the day with plenty of exercise is the Best way to loose weight anything Else is a ripoff.

Run/speedwalk/jog/bike as much as you can. I'd recommend biking because it's a lower-impact exercise and you can go farther. Do it every day possible, set daily goals and increase them every week.

Don't go on a "diet," just eat fewer fatty foods and don't stuff yourself. You'd be surprised at how much weight you can lose if you truly push yourself.

Unfortunately the only real way is through diet and exercise. at least 30 minutes of cardio everyday and weigh train every 3-4 days. Reduce your fat, calorie, salt and sugar intake and you should be golden.
