no i fasted from midnight till noon today to get blood work done.then i had coffee and a doughnut.later i had popcorn and orange soda.i will have ramen noodles for supper,just worked out that way.

Not so far. I had a cheeze omelot and toast for breakfast and 1/2 grilled tuna sand with a yogurt for lunch.
