Im on a weight gain diet and its hard for me to get the calories from foods so Ive added on protein shakes to my diet.
Each scoop has 130 cal and 25 grams of protein. Im using about 4 scoops a day.
Im 14 years old, 5'2 and 85 pounds.
Is this ok? I really dont wanna hurt myself.

why are you trying to gain? You still are growing give your body a chance to do its own thing naturally if your still there at 16 then try those sort of diets.
you sound normal for a 14 year old at 5 foot 2.

You might benefit more from dairy proteins!

You can either use whey powder (post-workouts) or milk powder (before sleeping).

Also try to eat food that is rich in proteins but low in fats (fat free dairy, chicken, turkey, shellfish) or full of healthy fats (fish, beans and legumes, soy beans, organic whole milk, organic eggs).
